Eddie says he called to let me know that you all couldn’t complete the services I needed to have done. However I don’t have any missed calls or a voicemail from him. I called at 3:42 to check on the status and that is when he says he had tried to call me earlier. The reason the service couldn’t be completed was because the shop didn’t have the right tool to take off the oil filter out. This should have been figured out before I brought it in the second time (we had an appointment last Saturday and we were told we should bring our own oil filter in since it is a Mercedes…I totally get that and that’s what we did for this latest visit).
John was very helpful and assured me my car would be taken care of. And then explained what had happened to make my trunk not open he gave me a letter stating how to fix it if the wrong button was pushed again. Thank you so much John
I thought they would at least wash my car window since I was getting new wipers and vacuum the front floor. When your getting your 1 1/2 year service check and the bill is over 300 hundred dollars. They didn’t even vacuum the drivers side mat. When my husband and daughters take their cars into the dealership those are courtesy items their service dept does for them. I was sad and disappointed in no extra courtesy just service repsir and bill.
We were standing behind another customer waiting to be helped. After waiting on the customer in front of us was helped the associate I believe was Carsen just walked away. There were other associates who didn't seem to be busy never offered to help us check out until we said something. I know we waited over five minutes to be helped and then we had to ask. I expected better service.

Problem still exists, light came back on as soon as I got back home. Engine light and anti slip light
I made an appointment almost two weeks ago and when I called this morning to see if I could push it up I was told that they never actually made the appointment. Very frustrating. Also, wanting to charge me $67 for a cabin air filter for something I can buy on Amazon is highway robbery. Not impressed with those two things.
It took over 2 1/2 hours which is ridiculous considering I had an appointment. Also there was black dirt (grease?) on the passenger seat that was not there when I came. Other than that, all was good.
Mr. Gaddy always provide excellent customer service! So thankful for his expertise!
