Whoever rotated my tires over inflated my tires causing sensor to go off and prompted another trip to a repair place. Plus there was no sticker to note next oil change etc.

He listened to me! That always feels good. I had a time constraint and he checked in with me to tell me that it would go past noon, he gave me the option to not have one service item completed or go over by 15 minutes. It was great that he told me and gave me the option.

already with Michael Cavallo. Once I met Michael, he reassured me that I was in good hands. I appreciate the lists of recommendations and the text with the vehicle report with photos. Thats an awesome way to utilize technology. I had a question and didn't want to leave my stuff or lose my seat, so I called the service desk and they sent Michael back to me for assistance. Overall, great experience,friendly people and clean facility. The bathroom has been remodeled nicely with auto freshness. Food truck outside and Avenue C inside. No complaints. My checkout was easy and my car rides smoothly!
Very nice, professional and courteous. Could not be happier. Helped me feel reassured. I think my car was and is well taken care of at Toyota of Gastonia. Service was great. I feel my car is taken care of well there. I was running late due to traffic, I called to let them know, and they basically told me no problem, whenever I could make it was fine, and relieved. I was checked in, waited in the clean lounge, unwound from my week, and in an appropriate amount of time, my service was done. I loved having my 20.00 coupon and no charge on rotation with buying tires there. I was pleased with the price. Thank you!
Ryan explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. He is very knowledgeable and I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me on services that my vehicle didn’t need - which is very important. I appreciate his thoroughness as well as the rest of the team’s with taking the time to inspect the concerns I had on my vehicle.
