I waited over two & a half hours for an alignment, rotation of tires & inspection. I saw people come & go as I sat there. I never was told why my car was bumped to last. Can’t help but wonder because I’m older, nobody thought I had anything better to do?

I have 3 vehicles that get serviced at Toyota of Gastonia and over the years I have always received excellent service from the whole department. Mr Gaddy has been my service representative on many visits and has always made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. Scott (service manager) has always been more than eager to answer any questions I would have and has always accompanied me with any concerns I may have had.

My car still feels out of balance after they rotated and supposedly balanced the tires. Tires are only a couple months old so it’s not that I need new tires. Shouldn’t need aligned either since that was done on my last service.
