Was told oil change would take 1 hour or less upon arrival. Entire process actually took 3. If service times are going over quoted times, do a better job of customer service to inform customers of delays while waiting. When I retrieved my vehicle, I had oil all over the side of my vehicle as if a bottle of oil dripped down the side from after the tech refilled my oil. With the long wait times, customers need to be able to do work on laptops. There are no plug in outlets available in the waiting area. Consider adding power strips or a work area for customers. Overall, customer communication poor, care of vehicle was unsatisfactory and customer waiting area needs improvement. We understand your busy but do a better job of communicating that with customers beforehand and during their visit.

Service Technician got black grease on the exterior and interior of my new vehicle. Grease is on my sun visor and cloth head liner.

I brought the car in for one specific problem, and encountered several additional ones over two or three days. One wonders if the first issue was handled improperly and thus created a small cascade of concerns . I was given a loaner car, which helped enormously, and was not charged, both of which lessened the inconveniences. Michael Cavalier was great to communicate the areas of concern and the plan for a solution. His handling of problems and timely communication was very helpful. J.Wiggin

You charged me 169.00 dollars to gage my brake pads. When all you did was stick a gage thru the caliper. I saw the video.
