We got a card from Toyota Gastonia telling us to come in for a free oil change. I was thinking that the free oil changes had run out, so I called the service department just to be sure. I was told that since I received the card that she did have a free oil change and also that she had 2 free tire rotations left. I do understand that everyone makes mistakes, so no hard feelings. Thank you, Bruce Davis I wasn't going to call to complain, but since Toyota sent me the text, I am just responding. Thank you
Clay Pickert was very much appreciated when I called to make an appointment. He offered me different times and for me worked in on the same day. As always, I receive great service at Toyota of Gastonia.
