The service department of Toyota of Gastonia continues to prove that customer service is not their strong point. They are smart mouthed and ask personal questions that have nothing to do with completing a service.
Came in earlier than my appointment they serviced my car and finished before my appointment time. They were fast and courteous.
I was very pleased with the service I was given Everyone was nice and courteous. When people ask where we take our car, we tell them, only to Toyota. We trust our car with them. We appreciate their work and for A JOB WELL DONE!!!

KC and Scott were great, made a tough situation far less stressful by being direct and efficient. I just moved to the area and it was fantastic to have such great customer service from KC. Now I don’t have to worry about where I’ll take my vehicles in the future and one less thing to stress about when moving to a new city.
