Clay was fine very professional however the estimate I received was not . I elected to have my truck repaired at a local shop, and found the battery was the issue this is a simple repair of about $250 . The recommended repairs from Toyota of Gastonia exceeded $1700 . Whomever changed my oil did not replace the engine oil cap and now I'm broke down in concord, oil is everywhere! On the engine on the hood, on the side of my car, under the hood! This is unacceptable! What if my cars messed up now!?!?! What in the world?

The service was great . Guys were super nice . The only problem I had was when I traded back in June I was under the impression I got free oil changes and tire rotation for so many miles .
The only thing I have a complaint about is every time I come in they tell me I need a cabin filter hell I just had one 3 months ago how long do they last I understand people have cells expectations but that pisses me off
