On the text they sent me with the service that they recommended. I said to go ahead and do everything and checked the box to agree to the extra services that cost me $716 and then you guys didn't do them and then told me I'd have to get back in line and it would take another 1.5hrs

Awesome job from initial contact to delivery from the service bay. Professional and outstanding customer service from everyone I dealt with. Heather and KC in particular should be highlighted as great brand ambassadors representing Toyota of Gastonia. Your dealership service is as great as the Toyota brand.

Joshua was really great. But what got me was, I was not updated with the information that I received. And how I was not informed that my oil cover cap was being replaced for free. Until after my car was done. I waited for 2 hours without being notified about any of it. And my appointment was scheduled for 3:30pm. I didn’t leave from there til 5:20.
