Waited two hours for an oil change. However, the lady with short hair was really nice to us at the end. If it was not for her, I probably would not come back. She apologized and complimented my truck.

I had an appointment at 10:30 today and my vehicle was not put onto a lift and started until 12:15. I understand delays, but I was not notified at all of any kind of issues. My appointment, which normally takes less than an hour, took almost two and I was given no updates. I was very frustrated, and I heard other people express their frustrations too. When I went to ask for an update, I saw another sales representative get frustrated when people were asking for updates. I’ve never had a bad experience with toyota until today.

Always great service. Nice friendly people. The one draw back is they need a speaker in the waiting area to clearly hear your name and where to go when your car is finished ????

I stopped in without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon. I was concerned about an issue with my car and wanted to make sure that it was safe to drive. I got the assurance that I needed and will return on Monday to solve the issue. I received Peace of Mind. Priceless!
