Lee didn’t seem knowledgeable about Toyota car service. I came to the dealership with a concern about my trunk, not opening or closing intermittently. When I asked about the diagnosis, all I was told was parts would be ordered and I would get a call. I don’t know what’s wrong with my trunk when I asked if it was covered under warranty, Lee told me he thinks so a yes, or no would have been more reassuring.
When my car was ready, I was not notified and after 2 hours I came downstairs, I saw another customer give my keys to a representative and representatives being confused what car that the keys belong to. In a previous experience, a service representative gave me someone else’s keys and left my keys in my car. I ended up driving away with someone else’s keys and needed to spend 30 minutes to return back to the dealership I was told I would be given a credit which I never was. I suspect something similar happened with my keys today.
They was very attentive and the service is quickly.
During my visit, the service advisor, John Ellenburg was exceptional in the attention he rendered to my husband and I. His cordial demeanor paired with his transparency of the services needed were genuinely appreciated. Mr. Ellenburg went over and above to ensure our visit was pleasurable and advantageous. They did a great job getting my vehicle processed when I got there. I only needed the oil change fit my 10,000 mile service and I didn’t have to wait long for it get done as well as getting the rest of the car checked out.
She was very spot on with things. Friendly and kept me updated on things.
It's been over a year, waiting for a replacement part for a fuse box cover. No call, no show.
