Fast Service. Comfortable Waiting Area. I did see a three minute Nissan ad while watching TV in the the waiting area which shows a certain level of confidence in the Toyota Brand.

Car and helped me to adjust the seat. Truthfully, it was the best experience I have had in my many years. I notice several of the staff helping customers. It was perfect, respectful, supportive and I will highly recommend this dealership and the service department!

I was charged $155 to tell me my transmission was prematurely failing. A new transmission was quoted at $13,000. I have been going to Toyota of Gastonia for about 10-11 years now for service. 1) this is the first time I have ever been charged a diagnostic fee 2) I have about 47 service records for maintenance on the 2019 Highlander but the transmission ended up being faulty - this is/was known by Toyota with no remedy and a class action law suit pending - I have lost most of my trust in Toyota
