I brought my Toyota Grand Highlander in for routine maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) and specifically informed the service representative that one of my tires had a slow leak. I even provided the exact location of the tire so it could be checked. When I checked out, I was told nothing was wrong with the tire. However, this was not accurate, as I have been refilling the tire weekly due to continued air loss. Now, less than a week later, the tire is losing air even faster.
When I contacted the service department again, I was told there were no notes indicating the tire had been inspected at all. As a result, I now have to return to the dealership and spend additional time and gas for something that should have been addressed during my original visit. This is very frustrating and disappointing, as I clearly communicated the issue in advance and trusted that it would be properly handled.
I value professionalism and transparency, and I expect that customer concerns are accurately documented and addressed. I hope steps can be taken to ensure better communication and follow-through in the future.

I went in for the replacement of a headlight. Was told it would only take 30 minutes at most. After waiting 90 minutes , I found my service person who told me the light was not in stock. No excuse as to why it took so long to tell me that. I wasted my morning and left upset.

Eddie was very efficient in showing me options for tires and checking in my car for service. He even checked on me when he saw I was still waiting for my wife to pick me up in the lobby. I came in with no appointment but was able to drop my car off for service and tires and pickup later in the day.
