I just would like to say that I really appreciate Michael taking care of my car today and not charging me for anything. It was surprising and very much appreciated. As long as I have a Toyota and I live nearby, I will always bring it back to you guys.

I never got any updates while I was waiting for my car. I had to call the main number and be transferred to the service department to try and find out what was going on. It took over an hour longer to get the my car back than it was estimated in the beginning.
