The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the way I was told to wait in your service entrance area to check in, rather than being able to walk in the service writer area and check in.

Every time I go there to get service they go above and beyond. John Ellenburg was great.
It takes way too long for a simple oil change and tire rotation; 1-1/2 to 2 hours is beyond my comprehension. We continue to be loyal customers, but I have had thoughts of trying someone different because of the excessive wait times. So far very happy with the brake job and price.
Please do something to speed up your oil change!
