This has nothing to do with Jena. She is simply doing her job. I’m really unhappy with the entire process starting at the top with Michael Hansen. Communication between the customer and management and staff is the worst I’ve ever experienced. My son tried to reach management several times and they totally blew him off. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg I’m done with this dysfunctional dealership. I’ll never bring my truck there again

Check engine light is still on, and the sensor they replaced is the same sensor that they replace 2 months ago. So I feel Like they replaced the same part 2Xs charged me diagnostics fee for both and now the same error code is coming on, I laid $650 twice, once in February when they replaced my transmission and now again and both times it did not fix the problem . I feel like I jus spent $1300 and got nothing fixed -

Paul was GREAT! While we waited, Jeff was awesome in the showroom. A male associate where we signed our REALLY knew his stuff. The female that I made the appoint with was courteous, patient and knowledgable. The staff at this dealership is top notch!

It was terrible. They refused to do warrantied work and refused to pay rental car expenses that Chrysler approved. Then GM called the cops on me. Don’t buy a Jeep.

Ben was very accommodating as the Service writer.. Unfortunately the simple oil change was incomplete Low oil level when inspected..maybe next time a check of your work would successfully finish the task..

The service took over three months to get my vehicle in for warranty work. Then I was told that my lifetime warranty didn’t cover my sunroof not sealing all the way. I was advised that my sunroof had gone off track and that wasn’t covered under my warranty. I don’t know how they know this without removing the head liner and actually what the issue was. It is my opinion that they didn’t want to remove the head liner because it is a time extensive job and it wouldn’t have made them money. I say my warranty is BS and so is RAM!!!! Will never buy another one!!!

I was not satisified with my service from Jena, she never answered my calls and her voicemail is full so you can’t even leave her a message anymore. I tried getting in touch with her months back and I’m still waiting on that phone call back. The dealership has poor customer service this past year, every time I talk to someone they transfer me to someone else and that person doesn’t answer. I have a Wagoneer so I scheduled someone to pick up my vehicle for a service at 9:30am I gave them until 9:45 then called because no one showed up they finally came and picked it up are 10:30-11am then had to rush through the detail because I needed it back by 2pm which I told them a few days prior. Customer service should be better.

My only complaint is that there was a bunch of oil/grease on my floor mat when I received my vehicle. It was especially noticeable because I had just cleaned it a few days prior. Some automotive service centers put down a paper or plastic mat to prevent that issue. It's worth considering.
