Only person acknowledging customers presence innthe service dept. I usually have to wait 1 or so minutes for someone to welcome me and just tell me someone will help out soon.

Because the people that I brought it to **** lied to me, they told me that I needed a new engine. It was covered by warranty, which I knew it wasn't but they said it was so they charge me $1000 to tell me that I needed a new engine, but yet I only went in there because eight cylinder was bad so I asked him how much would it be to Replace the eight cylinder then it cost me another $300 for them just to look at to see how much it cost so now they want $1350 to look at my truck which has a blown engine or eight bad and his **** is it it's ****. They totally lied. They totally said they're gonna get the money for the new engine so they said you need a new engine now I'm **** because They want $22,000 for new engine. There's no pay that.

Michael made it unbelievably easy to work in ensuring we got back on the road before a weekend full of sports and gymnastics activities. He was amazing from the beginning, and made sure the dealership took care of our rental while our vehicle was in the shop. He sent consistent updates on the status as well. Overall, we will always take our vehicle to Cardinale Way!

They had my truck for over 3 months with no communication. I reached out twice a week for an update and would not hear back. I left messages and sent text. Then I finally received my truck back and it was covered in scuffs and scratches that were not there prior to drop off. They said they would watch their cameras to see if they did it. I insisted they did and that it NEEDED to be fixed. They took the truck AGAIN and kept it for another MONTH. No compensation no loaner car. Unprofessional, no client communication.
Joe did a great job at explaining the process and what needed to be done afterwards. Ill look for Joe next time!
