i was charged $199 +tax to replace a fuse i asked to be replaced at oil change then made appointment cuz they couldn’t figure it out,,,, i’ve purchased a 2004 2500 a 2005 jeep unlimited and a 2018 2500 from this place and ill never ask for other than an oil change here never again purchase from here

Mike was great! Greeted me right away, knew exactly why I was there stayed in touch with me throughout my appointment and I was able to pick up my car that got some warranty work done the same day I dropped it off. Very happy with my experience.

I had amazing service here. Someone on the phone let me know about the coupon for an oil change for 139.99. I appreciate that so much. Also the service I received while getting service was great. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and kind. Will totally come back I need any service. Thank you.

Once again, Michael was on point with my service appointment with a professional and caring attitude. I showed up unannounced for a warranty claim and he got me checked in right away without question. Even gave me a heads up that it may be a week or so, but he got it completed in a couple days. Many thanks! I called in during the repair because I forgot my wet towel in the back seat, he took care of it so a stinky jeep did not await me at pickup. Due to my work hours, I can’t make it in for pickup until after service closes, but Michael arranged after hours pickup at the sales desk. Always goes the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

Kind of a toss-up for this rating. While service(s) performed were great, in my opinion there needs to be more attention to how the communication(s) are sent and received. My wife received messages to her phone that were shown on the “Update Promise” web page, and I received a message from the same page but when I responded to the message there was nothing showing I had done so? That message came to my phone as ****-****-xxxx and again my response didn’t show. Was told that Cardinale Way service could not receive messages from that number? My wife and me were messaging separately and that created some confusion, but an update to primary contact information would probably solve that issue in the future, but in all fairness our vehicle was serviced satisfactorily. Thank you.

This is my second time with you guys. The first one was terrible as your employees stole roughly $2000 worth of tools from my truck and all you guys said was for me to contact my insurance.This time I felt like my warranty should cover my 2024 truck breaking down. Then I find out it’s not covered because of a contaminated fuel. Once again I was told to call my insurance. I never got a sample of the fuel and they never told me what was in the fuel to contaminate it. When I went to pick up my track the fuel light was on. You didn’t give me any fuel like you said you would. I asked again and was able to get a had tank. It hard for me to want to go back to you and or recommend you to others.

Terrible service on my vehicle and charged me $750 to do absolutely nothing and just tell me it was a different module, I've had better service for way cheaper.
