Your team consistently try to push the same extra services at every visit. Even if those same services were done on the previous visit. You also charge an extra 3% for those people paying with a credit card which is highway robbery. There is absolutely no reason to have that in place. I work in the IT field for a local plumbing wholesale company and set up our credit card processing system. Don't know who you are using but I would highly recommend you switch if they are charging you a fee to process credit card transaction outside your regular normal service fees.

Due to a failure to order a part, I am without a vehicle for 3 more days than I was originally informed. I am now walking or relying on others for transportation until my vehicle service is completed: hopefully next Monday.

The only thing that was disappointing was the oil change and brake fluid replacement took over 2 hours. The service done was, however, satisfactory.

Very pleased with the help I received from “Ben” to resolve the issue with the Jeep. Check in/check out was very quick. Appreciated the shuttle ride home from Jace. Very impressed with the overall experience and the level of customer service that I received

I’m not happy with the service. Because I sen my wife with the car to get just for oil change and yuo guys did 70,000 service and 4,000 miles before I pay for that 70,000 mile service. So if I telling just oil change yuo just do oil change. Not the same service I already paid ok thanks

Yes the service guy that took care of me was great so was the lady at the parts counter let me borrow her cell phone to call the bank because it was $5,200 bucks in the bank wouldn't have proven unless I called in

Nicole was pleasant, efficient, and thorough. To this day, she has had the best customer service we have recieved ar Cardinale Way, which includes previous Lithia. We truly appreciate her explainations and follow through.
