Sam ‘s service was fine. It’s what was happening in the service area. That was frustrating. I had my car towed in on a Monday morning because of A failed water pump. They had the part in stock yet. It still took four days to get my car back for this simple fix. Last time I had to have my car towed in for a fuel pump replacement it also took four days for this simple fix. So frustrating.
Sam was a great help with both of our vehicles being serviced over the past two days!
