Both Ben and the young man who retrieved my car were professional, pleasant, prompt, and polite. They took excellent care of me and it seems that the service techs took excellent care of my vehicle. I am very happy with the experience.

Ben Bullen is the reason I bring my Jeep to Cardinale in Santa Rosa as I live in Petaluma. He is a rare customer service rep offering the very best in a personal, knowledgeable, warm, accessible way. Above and far beyond anything required. He made me spending a great deal of money on my Jeep service not as painful as I trust him. A very rare person indeed.

Hello, I hope I could give you more positive respond but at least it’s constructive critic. I was at the service department for diagnostic and eventually repair! The reason I am using Cardinales is because I had a superb experience the time before with both service adviser and the work done! Till now I brag about it with my friends. I did give feed back on that great experience.
I came to service department for diagnostic appointment, after the diagnostic was done I came back to service department to decide on next step!! I just wanted more detail of the issue, Mr. Young very fast told me as he turned his back at me and mumbled he is getting the car! I was still in dark, so when he came back he already went on with another customer totally ignored me. Then I asked him respectfully, would he give me a copy of detail report? His respond was all is in the papers he gave me! I told him I read it and it’s not detail!!! He not only didn’t remedy the situation but very short with me!! So I was very upset then turned to another service person(in fact she was my previous Servise adv.) and told her that the gentleman is not helpful and he is ignoring me and I need to talk to a manager.
So I paid over $200.00 to find out what is wrong with my Jeep and I was handed over $15000.00 estimate and I am denied a detail report which it helps me decide my next step!!! And on top of that I was treated as I was bother!!!
Realistically , I don’t think Cardinale establishment has intention to treat its patron poorly, but there is an opportunity !!

I am grateful the inspection fee was wavered by the service manager, however I have not received any official document of why my rearview light was not covered by my warranty.
I have asked the service representative for some documentation for my insurance company but was met with lack of understanding and timely response.
