My service person was exceptional and rate him a 10/10!
After a wasted two day visit last week we were ensured to have communication from Jena. The truck was sent home to us with the Check engine light on and it driving gutless. Clearly no one did a road test. Now the EGR valve is throwing a code. I hold you guys liable and at this point fully believe you a purposely misdiagnosing and causing damage to my commercial truck. My financial livelihood rests in this truck being useful. You have undermined me and wasted my time and money.

I am very upset how cardinale treats their customers! The lies and no call backs makes it really difficult to schedule appointments and for me to trust cardinale with my truck.
I have spent too much time coordinating my truck repairs with their approved body shop and do not understand why I have to be the one to schedule, explain, and persist the repair to my truck. All these concerns have been addressed to Ram as well since they were the ones that approved the repairs and also struggled to get ahold of management.
This was a warranty service: oil change, tire rotation, inspection for my vehicle with ~12,500 miles. I was presented with a laundry list of other “required maintenance “ that later I discovered was recommend at 15k miles and ended up costing >$800. The specifics of the procedures and products used were not furnished, or later specified on the bill in a way that would enable me to conduct my own research on these products and procedures. When checking out, I found that no multi-point inspection sheet was actually filled out. Instead, after I pointed this out, I was given a printout that was “blank copy” and obviously not filled out by a service technician. Did they even bother to conduct a legitimate inspection? These discrepancies cause doubt on my part about the transparency and validity of the service department. This is the second time I have been surprised by the quote for services where I feel there was a reasonable doubt about the scope and need for specific service procedures. Given this situation, I will likely reconsider my choices for service going forward, as well as weigh whether or not I will consider the dealership for any new car purchases

Jena is fabulous at her job.
Per my request to reset the date/time on the dash, she asked the tech to do so. HOWEVER, after I drive the van off the lot, I realized the date/time had NOT been reset. Please inform Jena and the tech who worked on my RAM Promaster 3500.
