Cristian is professional customer service experience and very friendly person. He is very knowledgeable about take care customer.
When I drove the car after service, the oil light came on a few blocks away. Knowing how serious it is if there isn’t sufficient oil in the crank case, I immediately returned. Happily, the situation was quickly remedied but it scared me and I am not sure I can trust your products and workmanship.

Totally pleasant experience.
Re-call that was completed months before had to be redone after I was told previously that all I needed to do was come back for the sticker that was lacking from the previous visit. Was going to be charges $89 for an oil change when I still had one complimentary one left. The manager double checked when I complained. It was supposed to be free. It was corrected. We were there 3 1/2 hours which was excessive in my opinion for what needed to be done. Very frustrating. Manager did apologize.
I used to go to another location and it has been a horrible experience. It ‘s my first time at this location (Glendora) and I am so happy with the service that they provided me. Shout out to Jasmine, she’s very pleasant, straight to point and knows what she’s doing. She did a good job explaining all the services that my car needs (that nobody ever explained it like her), you can see the passion on her. For sure I will be coming back for any future services. My visit did not start well as I waited by my car for 20 minutes before the Service Manager, John, came out and apologized. He said he would take care of me and that is exactly what he did. When my car was ready, Cristian was also very professional. The rest of the team that ignored me could learn a lot from them.
