Unfortunately there was a lot of different information coming from our dealership advisor opposed to our extended warranty office over and over. We felt the service department were not there to give us the right support both in conversation and in our policy with our extended warranty department. The service department was out to make more financial win with our claim to benefit Hyundai then to follow our warranty policy through Route 66. What a shame!
