I confirmed over the phone that the new tires would be put in the front and the a Older ones moved to back. When I picked up car the old ones were in front and new in back. So now I had to wait for them to move all four tires. On top of that they tried to charge me $60 some dollars (tax) that i was told was included in the total. Then they didn't update me about the longevity left on the older tires. When I was here in April they didn't advise me that I would probably need new tires by the time I returned for the next advised swrvice at 7500 miles. If I had known I would have watched closely my tires and would have made sure to get it done promptly. John returned my call about my concern for the other two tires and is going to evaluate them. Also the service woman who helped me did explain that the EV cars go thru tires faster. Unfortunately I was mislead when the car was sold to me that my tires and rims are covered for replacements. (This was at Ontario)

Your service advisor Sal was very rude to me when I left the dealership. I have been taking my car to glendora since I bought it in 2019. I had questions about my charges since I have the easy care plan. I felt the charges were excessive for labor. I was charges $275 in addition to my coverage. When I received my final receipt, the charges showed $249. U questioned him and he said he just needed to move the numbers around . That's a very odd response. The other service advisor witnessed everything. I told him not to do that. I just wanted to know why the charges were different. He then proceeded to tell me that they did me a favor getting me out In A timely matter. And that should be good enough. I will not be bringing my car back to glendora ever again.

I thought it odd that I would have to replace the headlight lamps totalling $950 and not being able to just replace the bulbs. And of course the dealership doesn't stalk the lamps. I had to leave my car and get a loaner since no headlights is a safety issue. But, Cristian at Cardinale Hyundai took the initiative to call Hyundai headquarters and found out you can just replace the bulbs and saved me close to $900. This young man did not have to go above and beyond, but he and should be rewarded.

I would say that I was completely satisfied with my experience except for the part that I messed up. I had thought that this was another $84 maintenance, but it turned out to be $1000 which was quite a shock. What’s done is done and I’ve paid for it. It should have made sense to me because it was itemized and there’s no way that $84 would be all. Hindsight. Here’s what I would suggest: that the cost to be verbally confirmed, and visually circled before the cars serviced. It would make the situation more pleasant for both of us. Saul recognize that once always said and done. I hope that the next time I come to have my car serviced that I have the opportunity to meet with Saul again. He was courteous, prompt, and really helpful! Could I please ask that someone contact me and layout what the recommended maintenance interval is going forward and what service for each is recommended along with the cost? In writing would be great. Kathleen H

Im glad the manager noticed what was going on and gave me a call and apologized, he made up for the experience i had there. Several things were not satisfying, the wait and also the fact that i was not told the truth about the long wait, you told me it was being washed while in the waiting area, then when i came to check what the wait was you told me you were going to get my car and it still took about 20 minutes cause you were getting it washed ( thought it was washed 30 minutes earlier) then i got it finally and the top of my car was not washed at all

Allyson was very good at Job, service Dept did a good job what I didn't like was results of car wash, I Left service Dept with a car that was dirter than when I arrived
