Upon arrival at the dealership I mentioned to my service representative that I had warning lights on my dashboard. It was for tire pressure he told me and that it would be looked at and taken care of. The following day Friday evening the warning lights returned. I took my car to an independent tire repair shop to find a large nail in the tire. This should have been detected and repaired at the dealership during my +$1000 service. Needless to say I am not happy this time around! I would appreciate call back from management.

Great job had a serious electrical failure for my EV and the parts were luckily in stock and repaired within 24 hours. Allyson was able to provide a courtesy vehicle while repairs took place.

I have - or rather still have - been facing an issue with the Bluetooth system in my car connecting to my phone. I was informed that it was my fault and that there was no actual problem. However, upon conducting my own test, I discovered that the issue stems from the iOS. Despite being led to believe that no such problem exists, it indeed does. It would have been much simpler to understand the issues beforehand rather than being told that there’s nothing wrong - but I realize I might be expecting too much.
Additionally, there's another concern: one of my keys has malfunctioned, and although the car is under factory warranty, the keys are considered "aftermarket accessories" and are not covered.
