There were only 2 people working and several customers waiting, but Saul and the other gentleman could not have been more polite, empathetic, and attentive, making sure they acknowledged that we were there and that they would get to us as quickly as possible.

This is a brand new vehicle that obviously was not properly inspected prior to delivery to me. Not only did the window not work correctly but the protective tape was everywhere inside and outside the car, the license plate frame did not have hole for the actual plate. Four(4) hours in service when I was the first customer there today is unacceptable. They didn't even offer me a free car wash, oil change, nothing? Terrible

Saul was terrific. Very accommodating. When I explained what was going on. He walked out to the car, determined what was wrong and said we would need to order a part. He made an appointment for me to come back in 2 days. I actually thought the part would not arrive in 2 days. But it did. Repair, including the length of time was exactly what he said it would be. Could not be more satisfied. Terrific customer service.

I'd be 100% satisfied if you offered shuttle service or pay for ride share service. Besides that, yes, I was completely satisfied with the service I received today.
Left with oil stains in my driveway because of a supposed “faulty part”, their words they won’t pay for someone to come clean it up but they will send an employee to come scrub it. Yeah right, just a run around answer.

Very punctual for service time
I had an appointment and it still took 2 1/2 hrs. I would be ok with an 1 1/2 hrs. But I know things happen so it wont keep me from coming back and hope next time will be a little quicker.
