Splash guard on the passenger side was not properly installed and got loose and damaged when I was on the freeway. Also on the driver side there is air that is coming out from the windows. It was not like this before. There was also paint stains throughout the car. I have been trying to contact the service department but no one answers the phone. I will be returning this week to resolve the issues that I have.

The issue is the dealership's flawed policy. The Service Advisor should let me know BEFORE I paid the $275 fee that diagnosing an intermittent issue with the light off is highly unlikely to succeed. This proves the dealership knew the diagnostic risk was extremely high but charged me anyway. The policy is fundamentally unfair: the customer pays for a problem that demonstrably exists, but the dealership fails to find. The policy transfers the risk of diagnostic failure entirely to the customer, which is unacceptable and warrants a full refund.

Everything was explained as to what steps will be taken for the burning oil problem. The issue with my seat problem I'm still waiting for my quote to replace the parts that are faulty the service person was very polite and kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle
I was disapointed Monday when I came in for a 12:30 appointment only to be told the tire sale was over. I was given another appointment for 3 day days later for an oil change. I came in yesterday Thursday 12/4 and Saul told me the tire sale was still on. He measured my tires and it showed RED. The back tires were bald. I’m extremely grateful, Saul got me the sale on the tires!!!;
