First of all I did not know that work was going to be done on my car because when I went in and they said it was the battery I told the rep that I was just going to pick up my car and get the battery someplace else then received a call saying they could an oil leak and that was covered under warranty when I went to pick up the car the guy tells me I have a balance due of 580.00 I had to pay that balance without expecting to pay it because I had no clue that there was going to be any service done then I bring my car home call AAA because you guys said it was the battery AAA comes and says your battery is at 100%. It’s something to do with the voltage, I tried to call you guys back immediately, but there was no answer. I’m not satisfied at all and I need to get my car fixed.

He expected to see the car coming in today for the window service, and it was done in the allotted time and gave me plenty of time to get over to the DMV.

Received my car late, my advisor had an emergency I understand people have emergencies, but I don’t get why calling the service department multiple times just to get a status on a car why phone receptionist status multiple time advisors are busy, but you can stop by just for a status. I also pick up my vehicle with scuff marks on two right door on passenger side of vehicle. I have been to this location before but this time service was not acceptable

If you make an appointment online ahead of time, you shouldn’t have to wait 2 1/2 hours to get your oil changed. you can easily go to a Jiffy Lube, or other similar business, and get the same job done for less and quicker.

I was there 2hrsv15 min so long also said was a recall on my car which I knew nothing about he said they completed it but really don’t know what it was about. Office service staff very nice no problem there

I felt that 4 days (Thursday through Monday) was far too long for a 12v battery replacement and it was only taking long because it was a warranty claim.

Your female representative was rude and you didn’t fix my car. Instead you claimed a faulty battery and charged for a useless inspection. The real problem was a bad alternator which took several weeks to diagnose. Your representative told me I can choose to go elsewhere which I was happy to do. I will never return to your dealership. When customer's take their car to the dealership they expect to be treated better than anywhere else. Your dealership has become a pure money grab with little feeling of being taken care of. You used to wash the car. That has stopped. We used to have the carpets vacuum and that has stopped. You now charge extra to pay by card which is the most common currency. All of these changes have occurred while increasing your charges. The staff is hit and miss and you certainly don't feel special coming to the dealership. It doesn't take much to provide the expected service plus that little extra. It feels like Cardinaleway Hyundai has decided to cut all costs and charge a premium so those that continue to support your dealership will pay more as customer's leave to find the experience they are paying for.
