I am not qualified to know if the service was done right. I assume that it was. Allison is very friendly and efficient. The car was done at the promised time. One issue bothers me. I get cards from Cardinale frequently with coupons for complimentary car wash with any service. I did not bring the card or ask about the car wash and I was disappointed that it was not done. I bought my car at Cardinale and come here for service it seems like a car wash should be automatic.

Buena atención, pero, parecería que estaba muy ocupado, porq percibí la atención muy superficial, y no se dio el tiempo necesario para atender mis necesidades, hubo una demora de 1 hora adicional para la entrega, y tuve que acercarme a preguntar por mi carro, recibí mi carro igual de sucio, y con el asiento lejos de mis alcances……..

Christian was very professional and pleasant. He He handled our concern and very quickly. He is empathetic and sincerely wants to assist the customer with any issues or concerns. However, we did have a previous bad experiene with Damien from a previous visit. He was very rude and unprofessional. On this current visit Damien was there again. He was assisting someone else and he is not professional, very rude, no empathy towards the customer and does not seem to care what issues the customer is having.

I was treat quickly and my car was serviced within the hour. I also had two requests. 1) i had a device that I believed to bevfrombzHyundai under my passenger seat. They identified it for me. I also needed some paperwork and they got that fir me as well.

Saul was so helpful and I felt he truly cared about how I was feeling. I am physically challenged and he got my car done in as short a time as possible. He is honest, knowledgeable, and made me feel like he cared.
