Isaiah was a great employee. The issue I have with my service is my service took about 4 hours, when I was initially informed it was going to take 2.5 hours. Also, when I received my maintenance report showing me my “tires” were “low on tread” and “required maintenance.” The photos provided with my report were not even pictures of my tired but some random tires that had low tread. Due to this I don’t believe that my report of my car maintenance is accurate. This is why I tend to avoid the dealership as often as possible. Thank you

Aaron was great, but I had to take the car in multiple times to get it fixed correctly. I have only had the car back one day so I hope I don’t have to bring it back in (like I have twice since they replaced the transmission).
