Aaron was very helpful and friendly. While I was waiting for my brakes and maintenance to get done, I asked if he could get my phone charger out of the car and he did! I really appreciated that since I was having a lot of work done on my car.

The car was not washed but I was told to wait 10 minutes since the car is being washed. Not sure what happen? Also the warranty parts take longer than 2 weeks to order. Overall the supervisor is very helpfull and the technician temporarily fix the loose seam until the parts are received.

More communication of when the car would be completed and when parts were coming in would have been needed to make this an overall good experience. I had to call in after not hearing anything for 5 days about what the status of my car was.

Following up on my previous comments, I made a mistake regarding the air filter - the engine air filter is good, the cabin air filter could be replaced as they said. That's my mistake. But my concerns about the tires still stand

Poor communication. Was told car was done when it wasn't. I took the car anyway because it's a long drive for me and you don't offer any help with that anymore.
