Accommodating, polite and fast service.
Had drivers side door handle replaced due to not locking.Next day same issue not locking. Will have to schedule another service when I get a day off. Haven't been able to drive car for a month while waiting for part now in the same position again.

Isaiah was a professional, olive and considerate associate. The last time I was in was 8/2022 and things were an absolute **** show. I’m not sure what has changed but this visit was great. Keep up the great work and customer service.
The final thanks from your office people was a warning that we cannot bring our car to your place again!!! Keeping in mind that we bought the car there from a real first class salesman.

My issue was with the choice of media run on the right side screen. Someone put on a violent, explicit cable movie with offensive language. There were two small children in the area, the movie so inappropriate.
Seems like there is miscommunication with staff

Isaiah was very helpful to take care of my car car for the recall and issue with the back seat cover. Nice waiting room and showroom.
I arrived at8:00am for my 8:15am appointment. There was a car in the outside lane and I lined up behind him. The guy that takes the cas back directed him to go back around and so I followed and went to the inside lane and had about 7-8 cars in front of me. Cars continued to arrive and lined up in the outside lane. When a service writer finally came out that took several cars, at least five that arrived after me, before I finally was helped. It was 43 minutes after I arrived until I was helped. I think you could schedule better so that all the cars don't arrive at basically the same time. Also, the prices charged are ridiculous for what is done. Checking tire pressure and adding air if low, topping off washer fluid and other vthings that can be done by the customer and take a couple minutes of a tech's time.
