Joshua went out of his way to get my car in for major service when I was an hour late for the appointment due to traffic. I appreciated the Uber ride home. Loved the clean engine! That’s a nice perk. Thanks for the attention and making me an appreciative customer.

The service department exceeded my expectations! Josh greeted me within minutes after my arrival and explained everything that would be done. Service completed was under warranty so there was no charge which made me happy! My car was delivered freshly washed. Overall wonderful service!

Joshua is a 20 on a 10 plot scale. He is personable, friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. He kept me updated and abreast of everything that was going to be done to the car. He made check in and check out was seamless.
I pulled into the service driveway for my scheduled appointment at the dealership and sat in my car for ten minutes and no one came to wait on me. There were no other customers there. Meanwhile a second customer arrived and parked in the lane next to me. She got out of her car and went to get help. And obviously knew that no one was going to wait on her. Your customer service tech took her first. Curious as to why you kept sending me reminders about the appointment when it did not matter. What horrible service. Please do not contact me about this matter. Just get your act together. Oh, and spend 30 seconds to explain the service you did actually did to the car at pick up time.
