Josh is AWSOME !!! He got me out of there quicker than promised and even though I said no car wash due to time constraints, he even had my car washed!!!!! Five stars or a 10 if applicable !!!!
When I scheduled the appointment inform the gentleman it was two recalls he looked them up and then scheduled me to come in several days later. It only completed one recall. And needed to order the part for the second one then I have to come back make another trip to get it completed.
My service appt was a prescheduled appointment for 10/9/24 @11:15 I checked in at the dealership at 11:00 my car was in for regular maintenance and I was waiting I walked over and did some shopping and came back and my car was still in the drop off area it wasn’t ready until almost 3:00 pm I feel I should be compensated for another complimentary service due to the fact I waited for almost 4 hours for a regular maintenance service a car wash isn’t even enough compensation
