There was no communication with updates on my vehicle called over 20 times to get a update an no one would answer the phones I had to come into the dealership to get a update , as I walked into the service department I was calling the phones and 3 representatives were at there desks ignoring the calls when I I asked Fabian why I haven’t received a update he acted like it wasn’t his problem because no one told him anything even though Alison told me in front of him the day prior that he would reach out as she would be out the following day, the vehicle was already test driven and diagnosed the same day I dropped it off but failed to give me a call worst customer service experience ever I tried giving you guys the benefit of doubt after reading all the reviews on your dealership

Service personnel were professional and the maintence wJust think there is a miss- understanding of appointment making. I was early per set appointment but waited over an hour before my car was taken back by a mechanic.. If you give me appointed time to make my car available you need to have the mechanic available to work on it at that same time!

The service with Fabian was great however when I called and spoke to a young lady in service to determine what the price was going to be she quoted me 185. When I got there I was quoted way over that and paid over $500. Fabian explained that the amount quoted was just for the oil change and not the 16k maintenance! I asked the lady how much the 16k maintenance was going to cost . Her misquoting me screwed up my budget. I remember being rushed off the phone. This being my first time getting a maintenance service I had no idea how much the st really was. Also with as much as I paid I I’ll at least expect that the car be washed, even if just the outside. Fabian explained that only the cars bought off that lot are washed which I think is poor Hyundai customer service. I would give the service guys a 5 star but the customer service explained above would be rated a 1 for sure! Store manager may want to. Consider this a little more. I may be looking for another Hyundai dealer to service my car in the future and at least now I know what questions to ask.
I've had the pleasure to interact with Christian several times in previous visits. He's efficient, thorough, knowledgeable and detailed oriented. He's a definite asset to your company.
Fabian, you were helpful. But as you know, my wait was almost three hours for a service!!! I’m getting used to the wait to get checked in but usually don’t have to wait three hours for an oil change!!! Additionally, both times I’ve had to wait in your waiting area, your dealership provided goodies (donuts or pastries etc) for its customers to enjoy!! I arrived at 10:30 a.m. and there was nothing to make the wait a little more enjoyable. No evidence that there ever was anything that morning either. If I had to rate my experience, I would have to say this visit was disappointing!!
