We will not be back. We are very disappointed in the service we received. At first we were told that our car was having issues because we haven’t kept up with our oil changes before the advisor even looked at our history and saw that we have been consistently getting our oil change near every 5k miles as recommended. Then the story changed to the car never being serviced when we had a service at 30k miles. We don’t feel as though we can trust that the work we are paying for is truly being performed on the vehicle. Then come to find out that the warranty that we clearly paid for in our contract is not the one the put us under in the system.

Fabian did a great job getting my info into ur system, I was comfortable in ur new waiting room, while waiting for the service to be completed in the time frame he said it would be done in.

I towed my car 26 miles specifically to avoid the two incompetent dealerships closer to my house. This one turned out to be no different, just farther away. No clear estimate. Unnecessary services pushed aggressively. A condescending attitude that made it clear they view customers as targets, not people. This is not a service department. It is a pressure sales floor with a lift. Saul, the service manager, missed his calling and should be pushing refurbished wrecks to unsuspecting used car shoppers. He’d be a top-seller. On top of that, they set my lights to DRL and killed the battery. Whether sabotage or ineptitude, just another reason to avoid this place. Three Hyundai dealerships. Zero acceptable experiences. At this point, the failure is not location-specific. It is the brand. I have no confidence left in the Hyundai service network whatsoever.

I was satisfied that the job was done but not with the time it took. My appt. was at 8:30 am. I was told at least 3 hours for 2 front brakes. Unfortunately it wasn't until 4:30 & 5:00pm that my car was ready for pickup. Overall, I wouldn't call service a very good day for me.

It sounds weird but I really enjoyed my maintenance service on Thursday. Saul was great. He explained everything so I understood what was happening with my car. Glad Saul is a part of your team.
