10/10 had a bad the last time I was in and you guys totally turned it around this time Nate killed it and April with the none stop communication with my girlfriend and I while I was at work and not able to attend and they did so good thank you again I hope to have these same kind of visits every time I come raises without question ????????????????

I came to get a whistling window fixed and your mechanic was too busy trying to pad my bill he didn’t even address it. When I said that was the whole reason I came he fixed the heat shield and tried to convince me it was causing the whistle. As soon as I left the window began whistling again. I was there 2 hours and the initial complaint didn’t get fixed. Not happy
I’m back in for service in a week.

8:30am appointment. We were asked if we were staying, which we weren’t. I said we would pick up the van around noon. I received a call at 11am from Matt asking how our service was today. I told him I didn’t know as we had not picked up the vehicle yet. Offered to write up a proposal for trade on a 2024, which I declined. We figured the van was ready because of this call and because we had an 8:30am appointment for oil change and tire rotation. We came at around 1:20 to get vehicle that wasn’t ready. I got notification of the doors being unlocked just after 1pm. So, had I waited for my vehicle to be ready, would I have waited 8 hours? Got notified it was ready 30 min after we had left. Tire tread was noted but nothing about rotating them. If I take an 8:30am time slot, I’m assuming the van gets serviced at or around 8:30am. Not 4.5hours later.
Be back on Friday to get additional work. Excellent staff and Steve is the best.

Steve was upfront with me about an expensive repair that wasn't necessary for the car to run safely and efficiently. I really appreciate his honesty, and that he was completely accepting of what I couldn't afford. Being treated like a human being is what creates return customers. A very good person you've got working for you there.
Went in for a alignment and oil change and as always I received excellence in the service that was performed. I highly recommend going to Toyota for all ur needs.
Toni is amazing, we have 4 Toyotas we get serviced and she takes care of us every time, one of the reasons I get my cars serviced there every time.
