Not really satisfied with quote for labor to install the mass flow air seso/meter. An explanation of why the labor was going to be $350 would be nice
They were very thorough with the inspection and took the time to make sure the problem was fixed properly. Very impressed with the service we received.

I was quoted one price for my tires and charged a different price. I was told it would take an hour and a half, maybe a little more and it took two and a half hours. I had to rush to a meeting. First time that I have been unhappy with my service there.

I'm always treated well by Toyota of bourbonnais and I trust them. I think Toyota cars are the best however I wouldn't let them build a computer. It told me my son roof was open at 7:00 in the morning on a winter day so I rushed out in my underpants only to find the sunroof closed and to wave at the school children walking by. What an embarrassment!
The service department is EXCELLENT. The young man who helped me was professional, accommodating and competent. It was a pleasure as always. This Service Department has ALWAYS been excellent.
