All around not a good experience. My check Engine light was on, so clearly there was a problem, but he stated they don’t have the tool so it should be fine to drive. He shut off the light and said to come back if it turns back on. Waste of three hours.

Toni was wonderful! I purchased my first Toyota in 2009, another in2012and my third in 2018. I have loved all three vehicles and working with the dealership and especially Janelle. I’m not in the market for a new car and I already have great used ones. But when the time comes I’ll be purchasing another Prius.

I was met with a smile and explanation of what was going to be done. I was offered a water bottle while waiting, which I appreciated. Everyone was very kind.
