I had to go back to have my tires rotated because they did not do them on Friday when I had my car in there. There were seven or eight cars that came out before mine did If I had known that I was last on the list I would have Have-made my appointment on a different day. It was not my fault that my tires were not rotated on that Friday. I think that was lack of communication on their part I like Toyota but I do not like being overlooked and that is what it felt like.
