Service staff was great, been having my FJ serviced there for years. Pricing has gotten out of control. 1350 for an alternator and additional 200$ to diagnose when I already told them it was the alternator. The staff is great but unfortunately I won’t be coming back to the dealership anymore even for service.

When the service is scheduled the notifications in the car should stop.

Terrible. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation the very next day hoping for top quality service from Toyota. I brought the truck in with no leaks. I had just purchased it the day before on 5/30. Pulled into the service lane and there were no leaks THERE IN THE SERVICE LANE either! When YOU were done with my oil change Toni the writer told me there were serious issues and it was unsafe to drive. I had no choice but to drive off with brake fluid pouring out the rear of the truck. She also said it would cost 2813.00 to change the brake lines. WTF. You guys definitely screwed something up there and tried to cover your asses. I had to take the truck to autozone to make a simple repair by pinching off the bad line. I did this 4 weeks after having a 3 level spinal fusion so I’m hurting now thanks to your dealership. Your techs could have figured something out that was cheaper than the almost three thousand dollar repair. Also I asked for a tire BALANCE and that never happened. I am seriously disappointed in Toyota service and nothing was done to make it right. I will be notifying corporate of your dealerships recklessness and also will be posting this story all over the internet.
Everyone was friendly from check in to check out. Thank you Toni for the advice and checking on my brakes as requested. Will be back in September for new back brake pads.
Stephen did what he could.Toyota wouldn't cover the calibration. I will continue to bring my Toyotas for service there.
