I bought my Camry brand new from you guys and have been diligent with oil changes and have only used your service department then when I came in Friday for my oil change and brake inspection I was told I have missed several different engine maintenance/ fluid exchanges now I need $2100 worth of services. Why was I not informed that these things needed attention, I thought the dealership service department would be the most reliable to keep my car running, now I feel like I wasn’t told things so my car would not hold up as long so I would either buy a new car from you or spend a fortune fixing it. Very disappointing and will probably take my business elsewhere.

The work was fine. Vehicle wasn't washed. Everyone else in the waiting room paid their bill and they said they're gonna wash their vehicle.So that was that my only complaint.So maybe you can comp me a car wash. Thanks

How do I get just an oil change? I dislike be asked all the extra questions. Would like a trade in amount ? No ! If I was ready to trade in I’d be asking you. Just tell me what service my car needs and let me go. It’s to the point were my wife doesn’t want to take the car in for service. Doesn’t like be hassled and all the questions. Service was good, no complaints there. Just all the other stuff.

I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and tire alignment. They said the total would be 260. Without my knowledge they installed a new oil cap assembly and charged an extra 108. Terrible customer communication. Never going to a delership for car service ever again. I advise you do the same
