While Toni is amazing and I’m happy to see her back. A lot of these new cars have painted black wheels and while I understand the nature of the service it’s still upsetting to see new scratches around the lug nuts.

There was an unexpected issue with my vehicle. Nathan explained the problem and had a loaner vehicle set up in timely manner. He was professional and courteous and made sure everything was taken care of.

Steve always does a great job of taking care of customers. Today when I got in my car and started it, there was a noise as soon as AC started that was not there before. I drove back in and he knew exactly what it was. Took care of it right then.
