Steve Lach was very great about calling me and explaining my repairs needed and prices. When I dropped off my vehicle he was out right away to help me. The service dept at Bourbonnais Toyota have always been wonderful to me. It keeps me going back!

Last time I had a scheduled appointment I was 10 min late and refused service. I was not happy considering I live 45 min away. This also would have been a courtesy service due to being under 26,000 miles I rescheduled and magic I went just over my 26,000 and had to pay. This service team absolutely **** I will never be back unless it's a warranty item or recall!
