I wanted to bring to your attention that my vehicle was not washed as part of the courtesy service during my recent visit. I noticed that other vehicles were washed, which makes this the third time my car has been missed.

The service recived on my 2021 RAV 4 was a good one. I was provided a ride home by porter Frank and picked back up a couple hours later when my car was finished,very professional. The car was washed very nice job. THE whole experience was good, from check in to out. 5 star. Another HAPPY coustomer. Dennis S

Arrived at my appointment time and the Service Department was prompt in asking me what my vehicle was in for. Was told they were busy and short staffed, I said it wasn’t a problem. I was out in a little over an hour. Was informed that I would need brakes and given an estimate and said that it needed to be done soon. Great customer service and friendly staff
