Very Mr Stephen was just fantastic polite said good morning, excellent customer service. He should be voted employee of the year and he is a very good asset to your company. He explains everything to you before, during, and after your service that was provided .he mades you fill very important as a person and not see dollars signs when you turn your vehicle over to him

Nothing was done to address any of my issues. Was told it needed software update and nothing was available. Waste of my time.

Im on a budget as times are really bad right now. I asked about adding wipers and was told $30 . It was not told to me at the time for each one . That and they added the back wiper without asking me. Dont get me wrong as she was a very nice person and explained everything to me except that. I appreciated everything I asked her and she was very helpful except she didnt break those last charges for me. When your just getting by its important to know as I have to configure my finances around that. I just wish she would have explained all the charges to me as it was alot higher than expected
