Both me and my wife work during to week, that’s why we schedule are car and truck on Saturday appointments. It would be nice if you have a master technician working on Saturday also. We have to come back for are truck and one of us will have to take the day off during the week because what we need done. Customer service is what drives your business and if you need the support on Saturday than the cards are in your hand. Thank you
Tristan as always gave us great customer service. He makes us feel like family. He is a very trustworthy man. The other service tech helped us as well and did an excellent job. That's why we will keep coming back!

I've dealt with Triston Whitaker two or three times now. He is excellent. He is friendly, patient, and listens to the customer. He's done this every time I've dealt with him. I couldn't have had a better experience. BTW I've had some terrible experiences at Toyota dealers, but I've had nothibg but good experiences at Pueblo Toyota no matter who I've dealt with. Thank you!
