Carl did an exceptional job of handling the servicing of my vehicle. There was a problem with removing and replacing the tag light and he personally took the time in trouble to solve this issue without further expense to me. Devin is great. I will never buy a used vehicle unless it's from the dealership of the make of vehicle. 2x now they have not been able to fix my issue and I have to take it to chevy instead.

They left the tag hanging on the rear view mirror and mud or wet dirt on the driver side doorway. I felt whoever worked on my vehicle didn’t care about the customer. The vehicle should have been returned as it was brought in. Perhaps even cleaner. I’ve had service where they actually ran the vehicle through a car wash before returning it to me.
