He has great customer service skills. He explained the processes, wait time, and offered to have someone drive me to a near by restaurant if I was hungry. He kept updating me so I knew how far into the service we were. When I asked him about my vehicle, he had the answers I needed.

First time I’ve owned a Toyota service and this was my first service call. The required service was performed, rotating the tires and checking fluids but the car was returned unwashed? I’ve always taken my vehicles to the dealership for scheduled maintenances and have never had a vehicle returned from service without being washed inside and out. Not sure if that’s a service that Toyota normally provides but it does make a difference to the customer. Regards, Terry
