I have been getting my vehicles serviced with Dan for a few years now, he is always professional with great customer service. Consistency and honesty is the reason I keep coming back
I specifically told the check in person I was not having my tires rotated. He noted on the work order. I also left a sticky note on the steering wheel. I had been told by the lady who scheduled me that I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I live 2 hours away. But come to find out I only needed a tire rotation which I didn’t want. But apparently the he technician did but then undid. So it took the full hour. Was a total waste of my time. I am not upset with the office people, they are outstanding!!! I am highly disappointed with the technician.
I always get excellent service. Have owned Toyotas since 1985.
